This system is a result of the demand for “heavy” solutions. “Heavy” systems provide a high level protection from shrapnel and a variety of options to increase it even further with special modules.
We researched the market, analyzed existing analogues and with professional support developed this plate carrier. PC A-18 Skanda is the base for Goliath with a harness weight redistribution support system.
Ergonomics and modularity are the most important features of this model.
Support system - weight redistribution system moves weight load from the torso and shoulders to the waist. It helps to lower the heavy load fatigue along with lowering the risk of trauma during a long march.
Goliath is available in two versions:
A-18 Goliath-D for ballistic plates Defender by Fort Technology
A-18 Goliath-G for ballistic plates Gladiator/Hoplite by Fort Technology
Ballistic plates made of Aramid can be ordered separately or you can use standard issue from your plate carrier.
Goliath harness cummerbund which is support system compatible with a soft ballistic plate case. It helps to protect intervertebral discs from the compression force, redistribute muscle energy which stabilizes the spinal cord and pelvis. Makes transporting ammo and plates more comfortable.
